First class service, wonderful staff, attention details

Loved Bairro Alto Hotel, beautiful spaces, the roof terrace and restaurant are amazing, the staff were fabulous and the location perfect 10/10
Room was fabulous and hotel was in a great position to see the sights. Staff were wonderful as was breakfast.

Too small a bathroom overtaken by a useless clawfoot tub. Prefer a breakfast buffet with cooked to order eggs so I can try different foods. Didn’t want totally a la carte.

The hotel was exceptional. The staff were attentive, helpful and polite. the facilities (Restaurant, roof terrance, lounge) were all fantastic. The location, close to the city centre and next to a tram stop was perfect.
Really .. practically nothing. Minor nit picks. This was the best hotel I've been in in a long time. Even the soundproofing was great (quadruple glazing on our windows = silent nights.. even in city centre!)

The location was perfect and the staff very kind and ready to help! The rooms and the building itself was exceptional, so was also the views (from the bar, the restaurant and my room also). Everything was so good that they make me think that it is the only hotel to go to when I want to visit LIsbon again.
There was an unfortunate incident with the electronics of my room, but the staff handled it best way possible. Even this made me feel very confident for my choice, because unfortunate things might happen to everyone, the thing that matters the most is how you handle them, and they handled it perfectly!
The location was indeed highly favorable. The hotel staff demonstrated exceptional training and courtesy. The concierge provided invaluable assistance. We made multiple requests to secure a reservation at our preferred restaurant. The valet service proved particularly useful for guests with vehicles. The rooftop offered a magnificent view, making it an ideal setting for breakfast.
