Only stayed overnight so didn't have the opportunity to use any facilities or the restaurant. Room was in the annex, clean and comfortable. Good selection of tea/coffee/hot chocolate in the room and biscuits. Very convenient for a bus into the city.

The beds were extremely comfortable. The location is gorgeous.
I had requested a double bed. Initially the hotel booked me a twin room. I advised that I had wished for a double bed and received confirmation that I would definitely have a double bed. When I arrived, I was told I had a twin bed. The staff in housekeeping were lovely and came to the room to change the bed configuration. The hotel fits into Bath's character with beautiful grounds and modern facilities. Loved the breakfast menu selection in addition to the buffet spread. Comfortable and clean rooms
Slightly away from the city but not an issue as we were aware at the time of booking. Buses/cabs are available if you don't want to drive in.
Breakfast very good, the hotel is well situated for my needs.
The air conditioning could have been better on my most recent visit - but it was 30 degrees outside!

Breakfast was excellent, lots of choice from the buffet to ordering dishes off the menu ,all freshly cooked. The hotel was lovely with plenty of outside space to sit and have a drink.
A little bit too far out of town to walk safely, due to the very busy roads, but I wouldn't let that deter anyone from staying here

Beautiful building everything was great room and bed lovely breakfast too .. location excellent for getting into bath and gems on reception was excellent we arrived a bit early she was very attentive could do enough till make us feel welcome until our room was ready
