Cons (-) Nothing really but if you want to go to a restaurant or atm, you will need to take a taxi but that is easy and can be arranged by the manager.

Pros (+) The staff were amazing, very accomadating and patient. The room was beautiful and the pool was perfect, Breakfast had variety, The location while out of town was close to all the key attractions and felt really peaceful, a great place to unwind. Staff were great with supporting us to book tours and the local tour guide (Thai) was so knowledgeable and connected to the area, it really made our day.

Pros (+) The room was nice and the bed was very very comfortable. Breakfast was simple. Restaurant has many food options for lunch and dinner. Service was great all round.
Cons (-) For the villas, the bathroom has an open concept meaning there is no main door between the bedroom and the bathroom area. Whilst some may like this modern set up, it was a little strange for us.

Pros (+) Excellent customer service, the best we experienced in 4-week Vietnam trip. They re-opened the restaurant so we could eat a dinner on our late night arrival. Good breakfast.
Cons (-) This resort is the perfect location if you are visiting the nearby temple complex but far away from Ninh Binh / Tam Coc attractions, requiring a taxi. We had a garden view room, Probably wouldn't pay more for a 'river view' but these rooms/villas looked lovely.
