Pretty property. Nice room. Good breakfast. Dinner was pretty good but very expensive
It is a long way from anything.
Lovely grounds and very friendly and helpful staff. They were lovely people. The breakfast was delicious and made for a great start to every morning.
The management has exaggerated ideas about the pricing of add on experiences. But you don’t have to participate so the normal stay is just fine.
Everything was just perfect! This is THE place.

The property is stunning and it’s in a very tranquil and peaceful area
You definitely need a car to get round. Not ideal for travellers without a car. Also the facilities are limited. So, if you’re looking for a spa for example and need to have a gym, this place is not for you.
The fireplace was a great addition since it was raining. The staff treated us like family. The food was the best I had in Italy. We wanted a massage and they delivered.
Everything was perfect: quiet location in the countryside, stunning facilities with typical exposed stone walls and stylish furniture, relaxing atmosphere, young friendly staff, delicious breakfast with plenty of sweet and savory options, great natural wines! I cannot say enough good things about Baglio Occhipinti! Our room was stunning and spacious, with a claw foot tub and extremely comfortable bed. Truly magical grounds, views of the orchards/vineyards, quaint outdoor gardens and nooks. Beautiful property. Spacious rooms. Lovely decor. Felt so peaceful and relaxed, you can live there as if it was your own home. Great food, lovely wine, attentive staff.
Flies by the pool, but I think it’s the season and it’s by their orchard. Cooking class felt a bit disorganised but still fun.
The building and the surroundings are beautiful. It felt very peaceful and the breakfast was very good. The hostess received us very well, and made us feel so welcome. Several areas to unwind without bumping into other guests. The bed was very comfortable and the room had everything we needed. The cats living in the property are super cute. Negronis were super good.
The 6 course food course dinner was not up to par with the rest of the experience. However, we are also spoiled foodies. The pool is not heated.
