The room was really nice and comfortable. The bathroom was large and provided great space and comfort too. Extra large bed and comfortable as well. We were lucky to have no neighbors as all bungalows, except the suites, are all semi-detached.
The noise in the dining room was terrible and deco really poor. You could hear an horrible coca-cola fridge making a big noise ALL THE TIME and not fitting at all in such a standard hotel. The food was overpriced for what it was (even if it was ok in terms of quality) and breakfast choice was limited, to say the least.... Not at all ok for a 5 stars hotel. Conveniently located close to the valley of temple and a little outside of New Bagan. The overall layout of the hotel is nice and airy. Room was large, modern and very comfortable. Huge bathroom with a tub and a nice shower. All rooms are in bungalows on a park. Nice swimming pool
This hotel is totally overpriced for what they offer. For example, a Coke in the in-room minibar is $2, which for Myanmar is ridiculous. There are 2 swimming pools, one is great for the overall view but is literally in the middle of the lobby so no one can use it. The other one is nice but has no pool bar and is at the opposite end of the property to the bar/ restaurant. Restaurant is poor: prices...Read more

Suites are big
Food is no good; room rate too high; menu prices are high too for Myanmar and toiletries quality low as compared to price you pay for room rate. Rain shower didn’t work well and strange sulfur smell one morning from shower cubicle
