Pros (+) It was absolutely made everything for the customer. I can leave a long list with positive things. I think its the most beautiful and the best hotel in Bad Gastein

Pros (+) Everything was more than perfect. A beautifully designed modern hotel with great staff, spa and restaurant. Would always gladly come back.

Pros (+) The pool was definitely the star of the show. The rooms were interesting in shape and decor with a modern feel. The staff were very friendly and tried ro be helpful. The manager Katerina, was excellent and especially helpul. She went the extra mile in trying to compensate us when we informed her about problems with our stay.
Cons (-) Being given incorrect instructions for parking our vehicle which led to us unnecessarily spending 17 euros on a taxi, wasting nearly 2 hours of our afternoon and an embarrassing scene at the garage entrance. There is a height restriction which means a motorhome over 2.3M in height cannot be parked at the hotel. Being served chicken that was undercooked and bloody on the inside. Then being told tha...

Pros (+) Excellent breakfast, helpful staff, great spa facilities (multiple sauna rooms) and great view from rooftop pool. We were relatively early in the summer, so the facilities weren't too busy. The city itself is also lovely, a lot of grand old hotels and beautiful hills around to do hiking and the like.
