We loved the King size Bed & Jacuzzi ensuite bathroom. The home was beautiful, clean and fully decorated for fall and Halloween. Breakfast was good
Check in was late for us and had requested an early check and told no problem just call when near location We did this but was told room would not be ready until 4 PM. Breakfast a bit late for us at 9AM as we like to be on the road early. Would not Oder breakfast again for this reason. No instructions given for use of TV and Jacuzzi. breakfast was great, the home was spotlessly clean with lots of little extras. however communication with the owner was a challenge. We were greeted by the owner's teenage son who showed us our room and designated bathroom which was just out our door. ( only one room has an ensuite). the next morning we got up for our 0900 breakfast as we were told it would be served at 0900. there was no one to b...
communication. Delores said she won't ever use a cell phone. I'm not sure if she uses a computer as she told us she would get her communication from her husband who is away working in the US for 6 months at a time. Having the coffee maker in our room was perfect for a lazy morning. The friendly hosts and other guests too. Great location, close to Sydney.
It was one of the best B&B I have stayed in. Breakfast was amazing and it was so nice to chat with other guests around the breakfast table. The host even joined us which made it even more special. We had been traveling for a month and I had the best night's sleep at this location. I would highly recommend this B&B.

Seperate washroom. No key available to lock the room, even for those staying longer than one night.
Delores always provides a generous and delicious breakfast, which is usually enough food that we don't even need to worry about eating lunch! We have had family members with food sensitivities and allergies, and she has always been sure to cater to their needs.

The best part was the chance to pet the cats wandering around and to feed apples to the beautiful two horses on the property! Really made a special experience! We also appreciated the breakfast and complimentary fruit wine - delicious. Also, the chance to do laundry was very convenient.

It was a beautiful property and beautiful home. My daughter and I felt very welcomed and comfortable there. We loved the extra company of the cats & horses too.

The room we were in had no air conditioning even though the rest of the house did. It felt like 40 degrees C in there despite it going down to about 15 overnight and having the window wide open and 2 fans going. We got zero sleep.
