We were charged 2000dhs for deposit by credit card and been following up for 2 weeks, but until now it’s not returned back. Initial call they said it will be back 7-14 days max and today they said it will be in one month. Other than that, the hotel was really good, facilities are nice, but the staff (especially the frontdesk) is not friendly. Which is shame as a luxury resort not to have friendly ...
