Great location. Excellent secure bicycle storage. Very quiet rooms. Excellent air conditioning. The lobby is huge with food and drink. The staff were very helpful.
The rooms are quite dark without enough lighting. We would have liked a closet kr drawers for storage (open shelves, so your belongings are on display)

Room size might be small for long stays. We stayed only one night so it was ok for us but might be better. Also the sink at the bathroom is so small that you dont feel comfortable while washing your hands.
Modern decoration, comfortable beds, central location perfect for the train station and Petite France. Tea/ coffee making facilities. Helpful staff.

I stayed here during an unexpected overnight stay in Strasbourg, hence a very short stay but a lovely room and the bathroom with a really great decor.
Great location, very comfortable bed with nice linens, cool air conditioning, and quiet throughout - very much appreciated! I have stayed here before and it was a pleasure to return, even for a brief visit.
The room safe could be a better size.
After several stays here, this is surely our preferred place for a stay in Strasbourg. Will be back in July!
Unfortunately, the rooms with a patio on the first floor are quite dark. On arrival, the sink was blocked.
Everything works. It's a comfortable, efficient and the staff is wonderful.
The hotel is situated only a few minutes walking distance from Strasbourg train station as well as the center of the city. When we arrived early, they had an easy to use and safe place to store the luggage. The room was very nice - looked like all new renovations even better than we expected! ps everything in the mini fridge is complimentary too.
