Excellent location, very convenient for the cruise terminal. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the concierge who arranged for a bottle of ‘fizz’ to be in our room when we checked in as it was my wife’s birthday.
Great location. Beautiful rooms. Very comfortable and clean. Lovely luxury stay.
One of the better value hotels close to the Cruise Terminal but still expensive.
The closet area wall materials, the wel stocked mini bar. I've never seen anything like it. The semi-motorized curtains. I have to get some like those.
The lighting controls were confusing until I found the master switch. Then it was nice.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful, elegant, and spotless. The room was luxurious and quiet, with a very comfortable bed and high-end finishes. We really appreciated the kind gesture of a welcome note and a gift in the room — it made our stay feel special. The staff was polite, professional, and attentive.
Nothing to complain about — everything was perfect.
The hotel felt completely new! It was clean, fresh, beautiful, comfortable and the room was so cosy and had everything you need. Overall, fantastic place to stay.
It is not really a dislike, just a mention. Never managed to use their chromecast to cast my phone to TV, I think the technology needs to be different, but that is common for me in any other hotel that uses this as well. Also, when we checked in, there was a pair of socks left around under the curtains, but we just chuckled about it, never had any impact on our stay
Room was nice.
Housekeeping gets a poor rating. They didn’t vacuum the bathroom or floors after our first night stay. I think management need to look at quality of housekeeping as this would keep us from coming back next time.
We absolutely loved AZUR! The location was prime, close to the harbor, Pacific Centre mall, and the main downtown area on Robson Street. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was amazing, with dual sinks and heated floors. The restaurant Dahlia in the lobby had a great happy hour menu with oysters for cheap. All the staff were very friendly. Make sure to ask the front desk for a day pass t...
