Wonderful location with very helpful staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Lovely spacious room and very comfortable bed. I enjoyed the rooftop restaurant too, stunning views. I would absolutely stay here again

This hotel is beautiful The bedrooms and public rooms are modern and very very clean. It is situated in downtown Vancouver with easy access to the Skkytain, Cruise Ship Terminal, and Canada Place. We ate in the hotel bar and the food was really lovely. There's a great restaurant and and rooftop bar that is very chique We loved our stay here and highly recommend it.

Property was spotless. Staff were absolutely excellent. How friendly your professional and more than willing to help really matters feel comfortable and confident. The spotless well laid out bathroom facilities were excellent

Everything you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Great location for waterfront sky train metro and public transport. Quiet,clean and very classy rooms. Good value for Money when I booked. Would recommend 100%.

Excellent location, very convenient for the cruise terminal. The staff were very helpful and friendly, especially the concierge who arranged for a bottle of ‘fizz’ to be in our room when we checked in as it was my wife’s birthday.

One of the better value hotels close to the Cruise Terminal but still expensive.
The closet area wall materials, the wel stocked mini bar. I've never seen anything like it. The semi-motorized curtains. I have to get some like those.
The lighting controls were confusing until I found the master switch. Then it was nice.
The hotel is absolutely beautiful, elegant, and spotless. The room was luxurious and quiet, with a very comfortable bed and high-end finishes. We really appreciated the kind gesture of a welcome note and a gift in the room — it made our stay feel special. The staff was polite, professional, and attentive.

The hotel felt completely new! It was clean, fresh, beautiful, comfortable and the room was so cosy and had everything you need. The location could not be better for our trip, it is a straight shot from the airport via train and a few minute walk from the station. The rooftop restaurant looks amazing and so does the lobby one. Overall, fantastic place to stay.
It is not really a dislike, just a mention. Never managed to use their chromecast to cast my phone to TV, I think the technology needs to be different, but that is common for me in any other hotel that uses this as well. Also, when we checked in, there was a pair of socks left around under the curtains, but we just chuckled about it, never had any impact on our stay
