We loved the hotel’s location—it’s right in the city center! We were also happy to see that they have good accessibility for people with disabilities, which is not something we see often. The staff was very helpful and answered all our questions about Volos, including where to go and what to see. They even upgraded our rooms, so we got balconies, which was a nice surprise! The room was super clean...
One small suggestion: If a family is traveling together but staying in separate rooms, it would be better not to give them connecting rooms with a door in between. We could hear everything from the next room where our parents were staying, so we had to be extra quiet when showering, drying our hair, or watching TV to avoid disturbing them.Read more

Location was very central.
Mattress and pillows a little to firm for me. The balcony was small and half of if was taken up with the exterior A/C unit, which could have been wall mounted higher up.
The location was great. Set a few steps away from all the shops and restaurants, but also a block away from the water with beautiful views. Staff was very informative, friendly and polite. Rooms were clean and our cleaning lady was very sweet.
There was no closet; just a rod above the coffee machine, so we couldn't hang our clothes and coats. There was no door in the shower, so the water splashed all over the bathroom floor. Rooms were new and clean, but very small. Parking is an extra 10 euros a day at a parking garage a few blocks away. Breakfast was also an additional 12 euros per person.
