Pros (+) We enjoyed the breakfast buffet .The selection/variety of food and service were fantastic.
Cons (-) We used the structured parking lot.We did not appreciate pathway from the parking lot to the hotel. There were garbage bags along the way.

Pros (+) I appreciate the team's swift response for my emergency booking. They were upfront and have provided me answers with my query. Azumi's location in the south is very convenient.
Cons (-) Have to book/ make arrangement for airport transfers at least 48 hours before the flight but understandable as this must be part of their operations. The team assigned in the reception offers to book a ride for clients so that's still a win.

Pros (+) staff were all friendly, room is okay size , good enough if you are in and out of the hotel the pool was nice however did not get to use it because of lack of time.
Cons (-) Elevator is too slow and too small. I get it the hotel is small but the elevator is always full harder for people who is all the the way up or in the middle.
