Very nice SPA Hotel with a lot of possibilities for a good holiday and a delicious kitchen.
It would be my first time to write a review. I believe clients need to know that this hotel , is not worth the money they asking for the stay. The hotel is very old, staff are unfriendly and rude. The smell in the hotel horrible. Before asking 465 euros for a night, the hotel needs to do repairs and renovations.
Staff were helpful Meals were varied and interesting. Rooms were comfortable.
Lack of English signs for doorways, menus, drinks and directions

Food and Exclusive Spa was great (free drinks in exclusive spa were very nice!) Great location and nice apartment Friendly and helpful staff Saunas were all very nice and clean. Guided sauna was very well done.
Opening times for exclusive spa could have been longer Despite booking well in advance, there weren't very nice lounger bed locations for us. I had to speak with personell and only got better location for one day of the three the we stayed. Pool/Billiards table and cues were in very poor condition Overpriced fridge items
The spa area was great. Loved the outdoor pool; our room was fine. Food was good but heavily meat focused;
The room smelled of sewer gas (perhaps coming from the shower we suspected); spa closed at 4pm on December 24th; we were forced into an early dinner at 5:30pm like we were seniors. On the 24th for lunch, guests wore their bathrobes; after I went swimming on 25th in the morning, I tried the same but had to change. Robes only at lunch. It said breakfast is until 10:30am. We had not a good experience with the hotel side, but we were happy with the meals at hotel’s restaurant. The quality of food were good every meals since we arrived. In the room rate include 3 meals a day (full board).The restaurant’s staff were good, everyone have nice attitude made the restaurant’s environment good. I also liked the massage, we were enjoyed & relaxed.
The front desk staff took a long time to check in with a lot of confusion. When we entered the room, we saw small double bed in small room and our rooms far from elevator. We asked receptionist for new room with twin bed & close to elevator. He said, we can have twin room if we pay for upgrade. I asked him how much? He said “he could not tell until tomorrow”. Amazing hotel and very friendly staff. We spend a lot of weekends and holidays at this hotel in the last 20 years and every year we found some new facilities. Very good breakfast with local products, nice dinner. Therme area is perfect. We will come back again and again. Thank you for everything.
Very good hotel for relaxation and/or active holiday. You can stay all day at therme, sauna and relaxation or you can go to sport activities (water gymnastic, yoga, nordic walking, streching program, bike trips). All was perfect.
