The location is perfect, on the main street of Val d'Isère but silent.

The room was cozy and beds comfortable. The spa was just perfect. Breakfast was delicious. Staff were kind, helpful and professional.
The lodge is in an excellent location and the staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. The bar and lounge area is very comfortable. The bed was also very comfortable with a decent sized bathroom.
The breakfast on offer was limited in comparison to other hotels nearby. The dining area was also quite crowded which made breakfast an unpleasant experience and unrelaxing which was unfortunate as the rest of the hotel is quite nice.
Very friendly staff, nice room, ideally located and very central. Spa was well equipped and provided a nice place to relax on our day off from friends/family.
Shower wasn't ideal and pointed directly across the bathroom, not a proper shower fitting and more for rinsing. Pushy to leave breakfast once the clock ticked finish time.
BREASFAST WAS GREAT, A VERY CENTRAL LOCATION
The staff are absolutely WONDERFUL at this hotel. The facilities are great, myself and my daughter had a wonderful massage in the spa and it was one of the very best I have ever had. The pool/spa area was great, but was VERY busy at almost all times of the day, and also felt that it was not kept as clean as it could have been. One of the jacuzzi was especially scummy. Staff were so kind and friendly. Breakfast buffet was fresh and well stocked each morning. Spa facilities were not busy and a were a very welcome end to a day on the slopes
It was a shame that the lovely hotel bar was not well used, and so lacked atmosphere. This meant that we didn't tend to stay in the hotel in the evening. A more substantial bar menu may have helped.
Big rooms, allow for dogs, really nice staff allowed us to check in early and nothing was too much of a problem. Great location !!!
Like all large hotels if you have people coming in at 3 in the morning and they are in the room above you are going to hear it.
Another fantastic stay At the Lodge. Staff facilities and location first rate. Manu and Ioan, always make you welcome.
Only the stairs up to get the skis. 😁
+ Excellent service in the hotel, comparable to 5 star level; very helpful, polite and friendly staff at the reception and at the restaurant + Very convenient location - 5 minute walk to the main ski lift in Val D'Isere, bakery / pharmacy downstairs + Good breakfast + Small but nice spa
- Restaurant dinner menu was not very broad, but the level of service made up for it
