Pros (+) The beds and pillows were very comfortable, the room was bright and had a large window that opened. There were excellent night lights I could use while my partner was sleeping. There was a sitting room with a tv and fireplace on the 1st floor that was a nice place to sit instead of our smallish room. There was also tea and coffee available anytime in reception. Cons (-) As in so many hotels the room was warm and it was not possible to cool it sufficiently to sleep comfortably. We slept with the window slightly open which meant noise in the morning. Also the people above us were jumping / running late into the night but the staff did speak to them on our behalf.
