Nice hotel, located on a main road which makes it easy to access. The city centre can easily be reached by taxi or car. Good breakfast, and excellent dinner.
One morning coffee was not included in the price of breakfast (tea is), the next morning it was included. Make sure you ask.
It's located outside of Çanakkale which is very convenient if you only need one night to sleep on your way to the resorts in Turkey. The car park is big enough and easy to use. The staff was very professional. The room was clean and had everything we need it.
You can't choose what you want to eat for breakfast. But they gave us a lot of food. It's just not what we normally eat in our country for breakfast.
The place is pristine clean. The staff is super friendly and professional. The breakfast was very rich. I also had the best truffle oil-sauce pasta of my life in the restaurant, great job chef. Perfect price for the service. Everything feels really professional, prim and proper. Good for business travels, couples, as well as families. Definitely recommended.
The location is great for those with a car as you don't have to deal with the traffic inside the city. But I don't have a car so I had to use a taxi to commute to the city center. Taxi cost is around $6-7 usd per one way trip. One thing that made me upset is how the rooms can get all the noise from the corridors. Especially if you are staying close to the elevators. The hotel is very exclusive and at a high level. THE ONLY BIG COMPLAINT IS THAT THEY CHARGED US 10 EUROS FOR ALL THE TURKISH COFFEE DURING BREAKFAST TIME. A hotel of this level shouldn't mind charging for Turkish coffee! HUGE SHAME THAT THE HOTEL REALLY CHARGES TWO COFFEES FOR HOTEL GUESTS!! I WOULD GIVE THE HOTEL A RATE, BUT BECAUSE OF THE CHARGING FOR THIS COFFEE, I WILL GIVE A RATE OF 8

Extremely friendly and welcoming Manager of the hotel. Guided us perfectly about sightseeing and great suggestion to take car ferry. He also called the owner of a winery and wine museum to give us a free tour after we got off the ferry. He made us feel like family. The outdoor dining at night has an amazing view of the city.
Everything was great.
Great breakfast, well equipped rooms with 24 hours desk. Perfect for pit-stop overnight.
Beds can be little more comfy.

When considering the booking please take into account that rooms with windows towards the highway can be a little noisy (but nothing you would not be able to survive).
The breakfast offering at the hotel was extensive. Instead of a usual buffet, all dishes were brought directly to the table. This personal touch contributed to a relaxed start to the day.
