The stay at the hotel was truly commendable. I would especially like to praise Lee, the girl who gave me a massage—she was amazing! Everyone was wonderful. The people at the reception, the restaurant staff—everyone did their best to make us feel as comfortable as possible.
The room was excellent, and had a direct access to the pool. It was very clean all over the hotel, which is great.
We book this hotel as we thought it was an adults only hotel, but it turned out to be a family hotel with a lot of children. But this was mainly our own fault, as our research of the hotel apperently was not good enough.
The area is nice and green, well kept even if somewhat worn down. Staff is smiling and helpful. Easy to walk to the main beaches as well as taking the tuktuks to the village. Rooms very nice and spacious and very clean. We also greatly enjoyed the pilates, boxing and other sport activities offered.
There was a constant lack of pool-towels.
We were lucky to be offered an upgrade to a sea view room which was fabulous and spacious. The staff were so welcoming and couldn’t do enough to help. The hotel has its own private beach as well as being a short walk to the main beach where we spent time enjoying the water and local (quiet) beach bars. Hotel shuttle service was excellent.
Stunning room and location
We weren’t treated very well! Room wasn’t ready till 4, but they offered us dinner as an apology but that was still a lot of money as we then had to pay for our own drinks! Also our room was left open by the maids which we were very upset about! I just felt like we were complaining all the time and we couldn’t relax like we wanted to which was a shame!

Excellent resort! Very nice facilities. We stayed in a villa with it's own pool, which I highly recommend. The main pool at the resort was also very nice. There were daily activities like yoga or biking. The villa was large and very well appointed with a beautiful view. There was a private beach which was beautiful and never crowded. There was a shuttle within the resort which was very convenient ...

Location was close to restaurants and shops ( 15 minutes walking or tuk-tuk 5-10 minutes). Enjoyed the private beach where you can snorkel off the beach and 80m long pool to do swim laps. Our son enjoyed the thai boxing private lessons with a great and caring trainer. Rooms were clean and quiet and plenty of space for 2 persons but not for family, so we had 2 pool view rooms.
Gym has limited equipment and cross trainer very outdated and cleanliness was only improved after our complaints. Variety of fruits, ham ,cheese limited at breakfast buffet, however lot of asian hot dishes that that we did not appreciate for breakfast. Staff at breakfast was slkw and not always bringing correct coffee or tea .
