INCREDIBLE! Attention to detail from check-in to check-out, beautiful setting, all ameneties one needs, delicious food, big and aesthetically pleasing rooms, a peaceful oasis!
The food is quite expensive but that being said, the quality is high and you pay for the setting too. Some of the staff couldn’t speak english (for example at the spa) which made interactions difficult at times.
I had the chance to visit many places in the world, but this one probably goes on top of my list. The scenery is amazing, the hotel is amazing, food is great, facilities and services are superb. The highlight of the trip in Vietnam. Everything from the stay, the food, amenities/ spa and best of all the incredible staff - it was beyond our expectations. We felt that we had the most magical few days on the property.

A haven of simple luxury in a luscious setting. Friendly staff. Great facilities (that gym in the woods!). Superb food served in a very well designed restaurant or at the magic infinity pool. Cocktails and wines on par!
