Cleanliness
Despite paying for a room for three people, the room was not properly prepared for our arrival. I had to organize the extra bed myself, which is unacceptable considering the price we paid. room windows badly need to be cleaned so tha tyou can actually see the stars at night. food at the restaurant were not so good, very noisy heater kept me up all night
Absolutely loved our glamping experience there! The Airstream was awesome, the pool nice and refreshing. We purchased the grilling kit one evening. Plenty of food and good quality. We enjoyed hanging around the firepit and meet others. A very memorable weekend. Will definitely do this again!
Nicely designed airstream, nice views, but a bit close to the road.
It definitely felt like you were paying for the branding rather than the actual experience. Things that didn’t match our expectations given the higher price per night: no towels in pool area, pool area not v tidy or clean, no firewood given for fire pit, some staff were not very friendly.
the airstreamers are very nice, allthough they coukd have been put less in lines so it looks a bit more natural. the pool is very nice and location 20 minutes drive to Zion.
we booked a Basecamp Suite, a airstreamer with a safaritent to sleep 2 people in each. airstreamer great but we had a lot of wind and then the tent is not suitable to sleep as it makes a lot of noise of the fabric and frame. impossible to sleep even with earplugs. so when you book, please make sure the weather is not windy when you book a basecamp suite or just book airstreamers. the staff told us...Read more

Too many Airstreams, it does not feel as private as other properties
The place is amazing. You can see that in all the pictures and reviews. Due to flight delays we ended up arriving to the campsite around 6 in the morning and very exhausted. Not only they reversed our no-show but they also offered us a late checkout without any additional fees. Its a bit far from zion national park but its no big deal since the view from autocamp is already stunning. I just feel bad to the staff in the lobby he is alone and so busy accommodating all the guest needs.
