The resort smelled incredibly wonderful as you walked in. Going into the room is what blew my mind. It was the small touches that made my stay enjoyable. I have one con but not of the hotel itself. Sometimes the front staff seemed to only cater to certain people. It was blatant especially while we were standing there waiting on the same things. I understand it's a luxury resort but we paid money to stay there too.Read more

Customer service and everything else was amazing
The staff were friendly and attentive, the ocean view room was amazing and the restaurants were amazing especially the steakhouse on site. I can’t wait to return. The water park and pools were perfection.
Loved everything about the property but the staff really stands out. Every single staff member was incredibly service-oriented, friendly, helpful and eager to please. The concierge went above and beyond to help us make restaurant recommendations, arrange a car rental, and help with ferry logistics when our flight into St. Maarten was delayed.
