The breakfast was extra special gourmet. Staff was absolutely amazing in every respect went above and beyond with service even providing a valet free of charge to take us to our cruise ship. Little touches like chocolates and treats, turn down service etc.

This hotel was practically perfect. Large comfortable stylish room, very good location, great food and cocktails at the bar and truly incredible staff. As it is a Relais & Châteaux property, my expectations were high and they were exceeded!
Everything was so great, my only "complaint" is that I wish the bar was open later!
Staff made you feel like family. They were very welcoming and friendly, especially the porters. Rooms were very well appointed, clean, and spacious.
Everything. Location is so central. Everything is walking distance. The staff is great and all helpful and friendly. From the front desk to valet to concierge to restaurant staff to housekeeper.
