The staff were generally polite.
Unfortunately, I had to cut my stay short due to a safety concern involving a guest in the room next to mine who was aggressive and verbally abusive toward staff and created a very disruptive and intimidating environment. Wonderful property close to major attractions in district 3. Loved the little pool. Afternoon tea was a wonderful touch. Buffet was adequate. We booked the family room with the connection door which was suited to our needs.
Pillows. Needs to be an option for firmer pillows.

Unfortunately, I will never come back to this hotel! During my vacation in Vietnam, this was the third hotel I stayed at, and it was the worst! Clean and spacious room, big windows so good view. Walking distance to lots. Friendly staff. Modern and inviting hotel. Mostly soundproof at night (Level 5). Arrived a bit earlier for check in and allowed us to check in early.
Bathroom wasn’t a separate room, no wall/doorway. Wasn’t very nice with having an upset belly on the toilet and for the rest of the family basically being with you. Not much variety in the buffet compared to the rest of our hotels/resorts across our trip.

I like the comfortable bed, the quietness, and the cleanliness in my room. There are many good choices of TV programmes for me to choose from. The mini-infinity pool on the 11th floor is a very good idea. I enjoy the panoramic view of part of District 3 and part of District 1 on the 11th floor while having afternoon tea. Roof top area was nice though the pool was small. Decent selection at breakfast. Flight delayed and airport taxi was late so the 1am check-in was appeciated. Location a bit quieter than central District one.
Hotel overrated. Do not get a windowless room. Damp and small. Shower pressure extremely weak even to places that cost less. Drain was extremely slow so standing in 2-3cm of water. Staff hit and miss. Cleaning lady very nice and helpful. Nobody greets you at breakfast. Some door staff helpful, others not particularly. Overall lack of friendliness received at other places in Vietnam.

We had a great stay while here, the staff were very friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the facilities, great place for drinks by the pool! Highly recommend.
