Because of the bad weather, we got free access to the spa, with an indoor pool and sauna (Thanks!). Unfortunately, the water was still cold, and kids were not allowed in the sauna, so we only stayed there for a few minutes. Having sauna possibilities for the whole family would have been a big plus.Read more

Everything! Really perfect hotel, swimming pools r great, close to private beach. Full of green areas , warm and welcoming staff. Great food. And also upgraded us to a bigger nicer room. We 'll definately come back!

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic! The entire staff is incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. The maintenance is impeccable, and they pay attention to even the smallest details. The only aspect we found a bit uncomfortable was the temperature in the dining room during dinner. For some reason, it was warmer than we expected, which was surprising given how meticulous everything else was. It didn’t seem to bother others, so it might just be us, but after a long day in the sun, we really appreciate a cool environment when having dinner and drinks.Read more

Good number of pools. Excellent and Hardworking staff in the Hotel and Restaurant. Friendly staff. Good food. Clean Rooms and corridors. Thoughtful Manager planning to leave some food for our late arrival.
Manager said he upgraded our rooms! Even then, we felt that one of our room is very small that did not match the pics. ( I wonder what would be the size if it was not upgraded!!) No information regarding the sight seeing in the Hotel rooms. The rental car service just out side the hotel have provided more information than the people in Hotel.
