Clean Great breakfast Great location
Superb service and quick response on any request. We have situation where we required assistance and straight away it got resolved. And the dinner porridge save my late night dinner as no other restaurant is open.
So far so good. Nothing i can complaim about.
Cool design, low price, good choice of amenities, very comfortable bed, free dinners, location near the metro station, comfortable for PVG airport travellers. There is a shopping center across the road with some food. 20-25 min to tourist sights of the city
The hotel is oriented to chinese travellers, so the breakfast was a little bit specific. Also I wanted more sound insulation in the room, but the earbuds were provided, so it's not a big problem.

The hotel was really nice, the common spaces as well as the room. I enjoyed my stay. Also it is located really close to the metro, really easy to connect
Staff was great. Everybody was friendly and helpful. The location is great since it is located right next to subway station. 1 min walk to metro.
I would not recommend to stay at this hotel since the noise level is too high. You can actually hear the subway train moving underneath this hotel. I know why they have provided the ear plug in the room.
I love all the services from the staff. The staff allowed us to check in early as I arrive too early and very tired. They provided laundry service and daily room make up. Very near the metro, just one min walk. All tourist area took 30 mins by metro to travel. Friendly welcoming staff. Room very clean, good quality linen. Free laundry, staff even fold and bag your washing if you leave it overnight. Small mini bar included. Staff offer tea at reception, water bottles on check out.
