Very clean rooms. All disposable amenities are provided and refilled everyday. Staff are helpful. There were free drinks and basic cold dessert provided at a stall at the lobby, good during summer. I highly recommend atour to anyone going to China

We got the cheapest room with no windows. But cleanliness and aesthetic of the room was 5 star worthy. Good location 5 min walk to Bayi eating street. Highly recommend

Pros (+) The staff are Friendly and helpful. The hotel provides free Washing Machine and Dryer. And also provide free Supper from 9pm till 12pm. Hotel rooms are clean, Quiet and comfortable. Location is Super Close to any travel spot. Just by walking Distance. Highly Recommended. Will stay here again when I come to Chongqing.

Lots of food options around the hotel vicinity. Staff were friendly and efficient. This hotel seems to be located in a refurbished building, which shares it's walls and facade with older apartments and shops. Every morning I could hear knocking through the walls and also guests walking on the laminated flooring above me.

Everything is good. The room, facilities, location are ideal. Totally worth it! Except for the impatient staff who couldn't answer queries amicably. That one particular staff (young lady without specs). Other than her, all good :)
