Pros (+) The staff were excellent, they were always ready and willing to say yes to any request. The Breakfast buffet was out of this world, the variety and the presentation were exceptional.
Cons (-) The food at the pool was a little bland. The variety was nice but it lacked seasoning. The Breakfast buffet did not have good gluten free bread options either.

Pros (+) Truly a luxury experience with excellent service. The views on the palm from a high floor room are fantastic. We had a spa treatment that felt perfect from beginning to ending and the breakfast buffet is from another world.

Pros (+) I didn't like anything in this stay and will never repeat it . And I don't recommend anybody to book there . We booked there to enjoy the facilities , I would never expect if I want visit any facility to make reservations , this should be part of package. I stayed in a super expenses suit # 30530
Cons (-) Staff was un friendly, I couldn't use the facilities specifically the pools , not the infinity pool on 22nd floor whih staff said i need to book at least weeks in advance , also doesn't make sense but I ha e no choice , the disaster when i went to hotel pool , they said it also needs booking , this is very strange and I never came a cross to such bad policy that I need to book if I want to swim . ...
