Rooms were comfortable but not grand. For the price you pay, you'd expect more. Children's club was incredible, so much choice.
Tried the buffet in the evening and didn't have a variety for children. Had to order off the menu, which took time. The concierge staff had lied about the waterpark tickets. Sometimes, I wish it needed to be recorded. It was my graduation, didn't have time to visit the waterpark with my children, and had asked the concierge if I could use it after my stay anytime, which she replied yes. I asked se...Read more
The best hotel ever! From the very beginning till the end everything was perfect! The food is amazing! All the restaurants were great! Breadhouse is really great 👍 A lot of guests but you don’t feel overcrowded

The property was so immaculate , attention to detail was amazing in all areas. Staff cleaning our room each day especially Aanan made some very thoughtful touches for us and our children . Overall you couldn’t fault the stay and for such a big hotel, it works like clockwork to cater for everyone . Thank you . Highly recommend the helicopter flight for a special touch.
It is busy but that’s just the size of it , no criticism. Day trippers too just add to that.

Great location, great food options and spotlessly clean
Disappointed to see the extra charges added for kids club and wave house soft play. The teens club has closed which was a disappointment to my boys.. as children get older there is limited activities for them to do, especially on a night time.
Customer service and meals were exceptional
