It’s super nice hotel. Pool is amazing and great location.
I would not consider it as exception. More 8,5 points. The room is small. Restaurant was sometimes good, sometime just ok. Reception partially helpful, young lady I found a little bit rude. Also they have not baby sitting service inside hotel, and kids play room is quite dirty without any toys to play.
Lovely hotel. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. Service attentive and helpful. After the first day, they knew how we liked our coffee, and we enjoyed the fresh orange juice. Lovely location across from the beach. Enjoyed time at the pool. Gym was small but adequate. Wonderful view from our 5th floor balcony. A relaxing stay.
Hotel allows dogs. I'm a dog person, but didn't appreciate our neighbor leaving their barking dogs alone in the room. It took 2 conversations with the manager for the situation to be addressed.
Pool is amazing, as is the location. Breakfast is nice.
Surly at reception when we insisted on a sea view which we had reserved (but the issue was resolved). Lots of extras to pay for like parking and beach.
The hotel is in a great strategic location, right next to the beach, restaurants and shops, close to the Aqua Park. The airport is just 10 minutes away by taxi.
The reception staff was not attentive enough and did not try to resolve our request to delay the check-out time by 2 hours. The indoor pooll is small and usually occupied all the time by families with children.
we were given a better room than we ordered, it was very new and cozy, the view from the window is beautiful, the hotel is well maintained, smells nice, the breakfast is good, helpful staff ,the area around is beautiful !
The location, cleanness of the room, comfortable beds, very supportive staff, free parking, breakfast was good.
Almost nothing
The location of the hotel could not be better: across a tree-lined bicycle and pedestrian walkway from the sandy beach. The hotel is super comfortable with a huge lounge and bar, a large indoor dining room, and a lovely terrace for dining (for a certain category of guests, not sure what that was). The exteror is beautifullly planted with bougainvillia, and multitudes of other trees, shrubs and flo...
One small thing about the hotel: the bath towels were small, thin and worn. One other problem that the hotel couldn't fix: a loud Italian radio station was amplified at ear-splitting volume across the beach and into the hotel rooms, so loud that at times we had to close the French doors to the balconies to keep it out.Read more
Fabulous location right on the beach, attentive and extremely professional staff, excellent food in the restaurant.
Rooms could use renovation. When you turn the shower on it sprays all over the bathroom. Bed was far too hard for me.
