Cons (-) We were given a room different than the type i had booked. When i requested a change, they were surprised. They said the hotel is full. When i was adamant about my request, they found a room. Same class but different than photos. Having a balcony was important for me (as shown in the photos). Pros (+) It was clean, quiet, comfortable and spacious. Breakfast on the rooftop was great. The staff was very nice also and arranged for pick up and drop off from airport and port, respectively.
