Pros (+) Really helpful staff, the receptionist booked us in and gave really excellent direction around the city and great recommendations of places to eat. The cleaning teM made the room impeccable every day and ingeneral we enjoyed the place.
Cons (-) Having to book in by 6pm. Our train delayed us a little past 6pm, and this meant a little telling off from the receptionist, who had to wait for us, although they still gave incredible service and did not rush us in.

Pros (+) I like the charm of an old building especially the Lift! The room is very clean and homely. The location was pretty central yet quiet at night. Harry was very helpful, giving us tips how to navigate around Rome.
