Amenities are great - pool, lobby, room and restauranf. Station 3 so a good 15mins walk to D Mall and 40mins walk to Station 1. Good food.
They forgot about my room when I checked in. I waited for 6 hours to have an available one despite follow ups.
Breakfast was excellent, variety of food was great. All staff are very hospitable specially Marylyn, she provided us an outstanding service. Keep it up!
Location, welcoming staff
The room was not cleaned properly. After checking in I found same chocolate bar paper under the phone. They give you a blanket as a cover - full of hair. Everything is sticky, just not cleaned well.
Everything was good. Food was superb and the staff were very courteous especially the ones in the dining area. Would recommend getting the airport transfer service as well as it was hassle free.

The toilet smelled a little of pee. The lunch costs are too high for the selection.
The location was in station 3 which was less busy but quick walk to station 2. Lots of staff on hand to help with any queries. Large selection of food for breakfast.
Our room had some areas that needed updating but was fine for our trip. Sometimes the room would smell musty. It can be noisy at night with guests coming in and out late at night.

Nothing, everything was great for me and my family
We like the breakfast buffet and the location is the beach front hotel. I also like the bed it's comfortable even the swimming pool its nice. They also give us a pack breakfast because we check out early in the morning as we can not avail of the breakfast buffet.
The toilet is because when you take a shower, the water spreads inside the whole toilet. I also don't like the toilet bowl. There is no bidet. Only portable water came out from the small tube inside the bowl. I think they just made it. It's not the same as the Japanese toilet bowl.
