Overall the villas have excellent location, amenities, service by staff, and cleanliness. I prefer to use these facilitates rather than hotels in the same area ... a better value or the price.

Awesome amenities, almost everything we needed was already included in our stay! There was even a rice cooker, which is essential for us. Beach gear was included in the unit, and was highly appreciated. The pools were spectacular, even though we spent most of our time at the beaches. Location was great, gated community was a big plus! The staff was the best! They were helpful with all our question...
Limited nearby parking. It's first come, first served. Most of the stalls were reserved. Cleanliness of the unit could have been better. There were a few noticeable cobwebs, and bathroom fixtures could have been more polished. Upstairs TV was dated. Wish BBQ's were closer to the units.Read more

It’s very comfortable, a real home away from home. Very secure, with a gated entrance. The pool was amazing!
Some appliances are quite dated, but all still functioning so can’t really complain. Even though the property has a garage, there was no access to it which was disappointing, as you had to find a parking spot. Some times the parking spots that were available were quite far away from the townhouse.
The tile floors in the kitchen/stairs and living area were all the same - dangerous for someone with a visual impairment - you might consider changing the stairs , it all looks like one level from a distance

I liked the location. The condo itself was a good size. The pool was nice and the grounds are nicely maintained. It is quiet.
There was not enough parking. We had just one car each for two condos, and we had to drive in circles to find a place to park. There should be at least one spot reserved for each condo--perhaps a second for an additional fee. Residents should be discouraged from parking in the non-reserved spots. It was very annoying.
