The location is good
One of the customer service lady is attitude when I am in a rush of going for tour. I have also informed that I have the tour now and will check in later , the girl give me an attitude looks which I think is rude
Had a great stay at Asti. Very central to train and bus. Room was really clean. Staff very friendly. Would definitely recommend
The location made using the subway system quite easy and the view also quite nice.
2 minutes walk from Busan train station. Clean and comfortable.
Unable to open windows so needed to use aircon all night despite being pleasantly cool outside. Sink not in bathroom a bit odd. Kettle in room but only disposable paper cups, no milk, no stirrers, I expected proper cups and spoons.
The location is perfect. Busan station is in the middle of town and transportation to go anywhere in town is easily accessible.
Breakfast was not included. The TV did not have anything in English.

Very clean rooms and friendly staff. Great location next to Busan Subway station and KTX station. A convenience store is attached on the lower floor, making it easy for any quick snacks or essentials. Breakfast was also good and there was a large selection of items, with a very nice view of the city and ocean.
There were 5 elevators, 3 were meant for guest room access, and 2 were meant for checking in and accessing the lobby. But often people would take any of them which caused long wait times. It was also busy probably because there seemed to be lots of business people staying at the hotel or using the hotel business amenities.
A very comfortable stay for a couple days in Busan after taking the KTX train from Seoul. It was so convenient to take a 5 minute walk from Busan station to Asti Hotel. There are a ton of businesses in the area. It was a quick bus ride to BIFF Square, Gukje Market, & Jagalchi. We did two day tours, and the pick-up stops were located at Busan Station just a few minutes walk from the hotel. There's ...
The design and feel of the hotel is not the most updated, but I wasn't going there with the expectation that it was. The sink is located outside of the bathroom in the room itself, and that has its pros & cons.Read more

Bathtub size is small and not appropriate for shower. Water from shower pours out to the dry area.
I had a wonderful stay! The room was cleaned daily, with the bed always made to perfection, which really made the experience feel extra special. The beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring restful nights.
