Pros (+) accessible to everything and staff were friendly. they have accomadated our request for a complimentary upgrade. the room is big as it was a studio type.
Cons (-) the room has an old room smell. i have been to other 5 star hotels, and usually its a clean smell.. that expectation was not what me and my husband experience in this room though. but apart from that everything was fantastic.
