Everything. Great location, facilities, staff, food, spa, room, pools. It is an oasis.
The hotel was very nice. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Nearly all the stuff was very friendly and helpful. The surrounding in the hotel was really beautiful and somehow magic.
The pool guard closed the pool before the official time and also closed the teen club prematurely.

Lovely spacious resort, beautiful grounds, lovely food and drinks - a real sanctuary.
As it’s off peak (March), only a couple of the restaurants were open during our stay. Still very nice, and understandable why…
The hotel together with it's magnificent grounds and pools make it a very authentic and unique Thai experience. The huge room was spotlessly clean and the onsite restaurants offered a great range of quality cuisine.

Quiet, tranquil and serene, beautiful gardens, lovely food, friendly staff.
Confusing t&c emails describing half board booking, when we only had bed and breakfast. Hotel was partly closed down as out of peak season, so not all facilities available, this was not explained prior to arrival. No evening buffet was a huge disappointment. Nice grounds , friendly staff.
Mostly everything was closed . They just aswell have put a sign up saying closed. We paid for a swim as all the pools were out of action only to find 2/3rd of the pool and facilities were closed. We lodged a pro active complaint only to be told by the area manager tough luck we have plenty of guests .
Not a lot. Breakfast was the best part of our stay
HOTEL: Outdated, ridiculous you have to pay extra for a swim in the indoor pool considering it’s over £300 per night to stay at the hotel. Spa area cold, pool cold, steam room needs a complete re-vamp. No hot tubs, sauna etc… overall bad experience Food: Not worth mentioning bland, over seasoned and definitely NOT a true taste of Asia. The staff are exceptional and very friendly. We had some amazing food and the Chef is very talented. We love the heated pools outside and they work hard to maintain high standards. Thank you for a fabulous memorable stay.
We were slightly disappointed that not all the restaurants were open but we understand why, as this is low season.
