The trees outside our balcony needed cutting as a sea view room they blocked the sea view
Lovely hotel, lovely room, great setting, friendly staff and atmosphere. Good distance away from Benidorm yet still easy to get to if you still really wanted to.
No advanced warning before arriving that a number of the facilities not open in May. Overall price should be lower to account for this to still get comparable value for money. Restaurants only open on select days. Champagne bar closed. Snack bars closed. Pool in photo on website closed one one of the days due to maintenance.
Great range of foods available
The Italian restaurants food was very nice indeed , but we were disappointed with the Thai meal ,it was overall to salty
The gardens are exceptional, and the pools beautiful. I swam in the unheated outdoor pool in mid-May and it was perfectly ok. It is not maybe really suited to kids with all the areas de silencio - they seemed to gravitate to one particular of the heated pools. The lunchtime restaurant Palapa has amazing food and is in such a lovely setting
The theming is off in places. The Thai spa wasn’t very Thai at all, and not a Thai in sight. Same with the Thai restaurant Koh Samui. The food in the upmarket Italian restaurant was awful - possibly the worst Italian food I’ve had in my entire life. This is a resort run by the Spanish for wealthy Spanish couples and some families. Everything. Great location, facilities, staff, food, spa, room, pools. It is an oasis.
The hotel was very nice. The lady at the reception was very friendly and helpful. Nearly all the stuff was very friendly and helpful. The surrounding in the hotel was really beautiful and somehow magic.
The pool guard closed the pool before the official time and also closed the teen club prematurely.

Lovely spacious resort, beautiful grounds, lovely food and drinks - a real sanctuary.
As it’s off peak (March), only a couple of the restaurants were open during our stay. Still very nice, and understandable why…
The hotel together with it's magnificent grounds and pools make it a very authentic and unique Thai experience. The huge room was spotlessly clean and the onsite restaurants offered a great range of quality cuisine.
