Cons (-) The sign-in list should be behind the counter accessible only by staff. Or just have people fill out a form and place it in the box.

Pros (+) I love the property, extremely comfortable rooms and great location. Staff were very helpful and accommodating.
Cons (-) The biggest downside was the breakfast, it was not great at all with very very limited options. And although our hotel included breakfast we skipped it everyday.

Cons (-) Stayed 2 separate nights. Other guests incredibly noisey. This was made worse by each room having a door bell!! These should be deactivated between say 10pm and 7am. Our first night, the neighbouring room had people pressing the bell on multiple occasions between 2 and 3am. Second night was yelling children pressing the door bell between 10 pm and midnight

Pros (+) This was my second stay salute you superb. Special thanks to Fathiyah who was extremely professional and courteous at the reception and always welcoming read with a friendly smile. I will definitely stay here again and wouldn't look anywhere else. I particularly liked breakfast nearby at a place called Lizzie's which is about five minutes walk from the hotel. Pros (+) Had a very nice stay. The hospitality is very friendly and helpful! Also the shuttle is quite helpful! Only the breakfast doesn't have a lot of variety, but the food is tasteful and with a mix of local (nasi lemak) and western foods (eggs and toast).
