Pros (+) Great hotel with good facilites, views. Really enjoyed it. Giving it a 4 only because room was nice
Cons (-) Service was awful, whenever we used the in room phone to call reception they never picked up although waiting for ages. We had to go 23 levels down to tell receptionist our room was leaking onto our luggage, to which he done nothing urgently and told the cleaners and they took 15/20 mins to come up although leak was fairly heavy. Pros (+) Breakfast spread was amazing, staff was very attentive and professional. Location was great. Gurney plaza was just a mere 10mins away. The room facing the sea view was spectacular and my whole family love our stay there. Would definitely recommend👍

Pros (+) Rooms were big and the 2 bedroom apartment was perfect for our family of 5. The hotel has a shaded kids pool, indoor and outdoor playgrounds, which made it great for young children.
