Pros (+) cozy room, beautiful interior deco, neat, clean, exceptional staff and very helpful. beautiful property with a lot of green plantations....absolutely loved it. the kid loved it as well. highly recommended.

Pros (+) The hotel was lovely and beautifully decorated with art pieces and greenergy. I feel I was transported into a hidden oasis, away from the hussle of city (Orchard Road) yet retaining the convenience of being in one. Room was huge with very high ceilings and tasteful decorations, giving it a very luxurious vibe.
Cons (-) The check-in process was a major let down. There was a queue to check in at 3pm with many unhappy faces at the lobby, and a lack of waiting area (everyone was cramped at a small spot). 3pm was the stated check in and 12pm was the checkout. We weren't allowed to extend our checkout despite a late check in. Next, we were asked to wait for a room as they were still preparing at 3pm and was directed t...

Pros (+) Very comfortable and stylish room And it had decent dressing table/make up facilities with electric sockets in the right place

Pros (+) Linda and James at the pool bar were amazing and so friendly. Felt very welcomed everything we were there.
Cons (-) Just to be fussy. No top sheet on the bed, card in the lift did not work well
