Pros (+) The coffee and the cocktails were great. The food was delicious but took 45mins to arrive only when prompted.
Cons (-) The attention to detail was missing. Ironing board cover took me 30mins to sort out. The curtain was missing a few hocks so I was awake with the light.

Pros (+) This is a boutique hotel with a cool sense of fun without distracting from beautifully clean and charming rooms. My room on the top floor was lovely, perfect for sleep yet still could see the rooftops of London. The restaurant does amazing food and is so comfortable for the solo diner.
Cons (-) Well I did have a crazy big suitcase, so no elevator is not a problem for the average guest, but I got a ton of help getting by bag up to my room. I only mention it for those who aren’t good at steps.
