Pros (+) Extremely helpful and friendly person on reception desk , helped find a parking space and gave lots of info on my destination. Seemed to genuinely interested in people staying at the hotel.

Pros (+) Great hotel in a quiet area and walking distance to the centre. We got a parking ticket on the first night as the signage was confusing for on road parking outside which dampened the first night. We asked for our room cleaned and they didn’t change the towels so we had to call in the evening for them to change it but it was dealt with promptly. Overall good service and would stay there again. Cons (-) Overall the stay was good other than the daily clean wasn't great. The fake plants were full of dust, they never emptied the trash cans in the room, and there wasn't a thorough job of cleaning the bathroom. Plus, the small wood ledge behind the toilet was not fully connected.
