The reception staff is excellent. There was a girl named KIKI, a 10/10. Everything was wonderful.
Excellent hotel located very close to subway (100m). Free afternoon tea. Good breakfast.
The design was nice. Pretty clean.
The location on the first place. The surrounding is nothing like I expected, it’s some small street, no view at all and you need to walk to the better looking one. The smell of the cigarettes in the rooms, breakfast is also quite limited.
We stayed here for close to a month for the Canton Fair and we were really pleased with the property. It’s conveniently located - right across from a shopping mall, 100m or so from a train station, not too far from the Canton Tower & heaps of food stalls nearby (and thankfully a pharmacy) right at your door stop. If you’re like us and love your food delivery, we had the little robots delivering it...
It is smaller than most hotel spaces and can be tough to get a seat during the buffet breakfast in the morning (especially when the Canton Fair is running) but if you plan well, it shouldn’t be an issue.Read more
Everything was perfect Despite being a 4 star hotel. All the amenities were excellent from linen to pillows.
The reception area needs to be more tidy. A proper luggage room Proper stores for the deliveries which is thrown back of the reception. The rest everything was perfect.
comfortable hotel in a gteat location 100m from the connection of 2 metro lines. Some of the staff on reception speak ok English but all try to help. A special shout out to Kiki
