Pros (+) We didn’t have the breakfast. I enjoyed the rooftop pool. I wish the music wasn’t playing so loud in the morning. Staff was very nice.
Cons (-) There was only 1 elevator working and the wait was long. The headboard in our room was all scratched/ peeling. For the price per night, I do believe the room should be perfect and all elevators working.

Pros (+) Great location for Sarasota down town . Staff could not do more to assist with our stay. John the hotel shuttle bus driver made getting around easy and did a great job taking and collecting us from the beach . Great roof top bar and pool facility . Would certainly stay there again .
Cons (-) Nothing . Everything fine . You have the choice of using the concierge service to park your car or can do so yourself with the public car park next door to the hotel

Pros (+) Front desk very friendly. Comfortable room. Good breakfast (avocado toast). Location.
Cons (-) Room didn’t feel totally clean (carpets and shower drain). Valet was hit and miss- when present very kind.

Pros (+) We love the rooms, the location and the rooftop. Best shower of all the hotels we stay in. Would maybe be even better with a hand held shower attachment.
