The property is stunning. It’s my third time visiting Florence and my first stay outside the city center and I can say it was by far the best choice. Stunning gardens and plenty of room to sit outside in comfort. The staff were really friendly and the cocktails were amazing! Shuttle into the centre was a lovely addition.
There was people moving furniture and chatting in the spaces outside the bedrooms late at night.

The location on the Tuscan hills overlooking Florence was just amazing!! You can reach the property without going into the ZTL (zone with limited traffic) of Florence. Facility provides a shuttle service to access Florence downtown (which has ZTL) The gardens on the hills and landscaping is just amazing to enjoy. Staff is super helpful
Maybe a better lift (as the current one is a retrofit into a very old beautiful mansion) Also maybe a 24/7 concierge or bellman would be good to help arriving customers during the evening times.

I cannot say enough about this place! It was exactly what I wanted for my time in Florence and Tuscany. The property is gorgeous The staff is amazing. Very nice choice for those who want to experience Florence away from the crowds, the real flavour of it! I would recommend it for the spring/summer period, not that much for winter, as you cannot really enjoy what makes the hotel so beautiful - its gardens! Staff is welcoming and the breakfast is excellent!
Shower size, extremely small (Classic double room).
A tasteful villa with stunning grounds offering many peaceful areas to sit and relax. Superb service from all staff. Lovely, peaceful room with very comfortable bed. Excellent selection at breakfast.
Grateful for the friendly and immediate shuttle service into central Florence given the distance from the city centre, if it ran slightly later this would be even better!
Beautiful garden with acres of olive trees. Excellent breakfast sumptous breakfast. The fruit and vegetables juices with ginger, freshly cold pressed is the highlight for me!
