Bathtube cabin was leaking
Everything was just fantastic! The room with a lovely balcony and an extremely large bathroom with a real cozy tub was a cool twist we could't expect. Yeah,the breakfast was also quite good.
Excellent location - we were right by the Cathedral, even parked our car there, and within walking distance of all the fun spots. Excellent breakfast spread - lots of options for healthier meals!
Staff: could be a bit more warm and welcoming.
Not friendly for business trips. Other hotels are friendly
Central location, very good breakfast.
This is the best hotel in the city but this time I had a negative experience: spring arrived early and was a very hot day but the air conditioning did not work - in the whole building. It was not yet centrally turned on, whatever that means. The room I got had 28 degrees inside. The staff were super nice in giving me a less boilng room but still, without AC, not all that relaxing.
I stayed a few weeks previously and was so impressed I returned. This time I did not choose balcony as I do not need a balcony room. The room was as good as before and so clean and comfortable. Also, the range of TV channels is great which is not common in Hungarian hotels even the five star ones. Good priced coffee at the bar - 800 HUF for quality espresso. Nice staff and great location.
Nothing really except the check out time is early 10.00- but last time they were happy to allow me later check out so if I needed it, I could have asked but I had a train to take. I did not take breakfast but the breakfast room looked so crowded in the morning so I would not want to have this option.
Check in at Art Hotel was great. The staff are friendly, speak English and are knowledgeable about the area. It's located in a really nice area of the city with good access to the central streets and stations. I walked from the train station and it was a really nice city walk. Nicely designed hotel with great breakfast. Has potential, but needs to fix some issues.
Staff was either rude or poorly trained. It was a hassle to get them to support with some issues. The room cannot be blacked out, so in the morning there was a lot of light in the whole room.
Everything was excellent. Big room, perfect breakfast.
