Pros (+) Loved the location and vibe! Staff was super friendly and helpful.
Cons (-) If I had to say something, it would be that there aren't ice machines on the floors, but you can request it from the front desk and they offer to bring it to you, and you have to take stuff out of the mini fridge to use it.

Pros (+) Industrial yet cozy with lovely homey touches. Comfortable bed and pillows. Wonderful relaxing bar and coffee/bakery in the premises. The staff are so helpful and kind.
Cons (-) Can be loud because it is an old reclaimed industrial building with concrete floors.

Cons (-) Cooper, the bar tender, was somewhat rude and dismissive, so that took away from the top rating. Also, the toilet had to be cleaned again after we checked in.

Pros (+) Everything! The room was spectacular. Having stayed in lots of hotels around the world, it felt like this room and hotel had been designed by someone who’d really thought about it, decor was great, spacious room, I loved the shower and bathroom space. Pros (+) Very lovely hotel in the arts district close to downtown. Walkable, and felt very safe. Very comfortable and clean room. They were very sweet to my dog. Also, there's an empty lot behind the hotel about half a block away. Park there for free rather than paying for the valet!
Cons (-) The bar closes too early. The stairwells smell like weed. There's no free coffee in the room and they still charge you for it downstairs even if you're staying in the hotel.
