We loved everything about this hotel! The room was great - large, super comfortable and clean - and we loved our patio with the plunge pool that had terrific views of the water. We ate at the restaurant for breakfast every day and a couple of times for dinner and the food was delicious. The best part was the staff - especially Valia - who took such great care of us every day!!
The room was clean everyday, we received a welcome drink and fruit, and we received a friendly welcome. The private pool is large and beautiful and clean. Mykonos Town is about a 20-25 minute walk away. A nice breakfast area to sit and enjoy with a view of the pool. The bed was clean and confortable. Bathrobe and slippers available in the room. Suggestions for improvement for a 5-star hotel: - Toothbrush holders -automatic store, not worked very well - Holder in the shower for storing things; we had to leave our shower items on the shower floor - A second holder for the shower towels - Requested more shampoo and conditioner, as a small tube wasn't enough for two people. We had an absolutely fantastic stay at the hotel! The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Our room was impeccably clean, and the food at both breakfast and the restaurant was nothing short of exceptional. We can't wait to return in the future and highly recommend that everyone experiences this amazing place!
I liked the location. It is very close to the port. The staff were very nice and helpful.
This is not a 5 star hotel. I would consider it as a 4 star hotel due to the following reasons: 1. There were lots of insects and mosquitos in the room. 2. The breakfast was limited and it was not tasty at all 3. The pool should be heated. We could not use the pool at all as it is windy in Mykonos. It is not good value for money. The hotel is very expensive for the limited services they offer.
