Lovely clean hotel for the price Staff were amazing and so pleasant

Great staff and facilities
This hotel is high quality for low prices. The staff was welcoming, kind, and professional. The rooms are clean and modern, with rainwater showerheads, semi-firm mattresses, and an electronic system to signal for room-cleaning! It's even permitted to receive Grab food orders! We were in and out, but it was the stay we needed to rest between airports and flights. It's clean, quiet, perfect.
The hotel was very clean, the staff incredibly polite, the pool was nice, the bed very comfortable, and there is a 7/11 very close by, which is so convenient.
We didn't really like the location, in order to go anywhere you have to cross this big avenue that there is always so much traffic, if you are not in a hurry to go somewhere the hotel offers tuktuk, which is okay i guess.
Staff at the hotel made this stay wonderful for us. The 3 boys on check in were naturally friendly and after we'd checked in on gone up to look at the pool the lady in the lounge was amazing. She worked on both the nights we decided to use the pool & lounge and she treated us and other guests like royalty. Encouraging us to relax try the pool and fetching us drinks, snacks and towels. It is worth noting that the gym is in full view of the lifts and hall to the breakfast area if you're a bit nervous to workout in front of lots people like me. Similarly the pool is right up against the window so that 2 breakfast tables look right out at swimmers. The staff here is truly outstanding – from the front desk to the restaurant, everyone is incredibly friendly, helpful, and pleasant, always with a smile. While the location might initially seem a bit out of the way, it actually has some great local restaurants nearby that offer good value and authentic food. The pool area is a bit too small, but it looks like there’s some construction happening above it – possibly for a future lounge or chill-out space, which could be a great addition. Ideally, the hotel could also expand the sun-exposed area to offer more space for sunbathing.Read more
Great location for easy access to the airport and the city, and the staff are very friendly and helpful.
Very quiet and excellent staff 😀
We loved the fact that it was away from the business of the city yet super near all the shops and restaurants. More “local” which is what we wanted, away from the craziness. They have a gym and a pool as well
