The staff and room were both amazing! Would recommend this hotel to anyone , as long as they can easily make it up and down steep stairs in order to access the hotel. Loved it!
Our Alitana suite with pool was excellent with superb view of Oia and the sea. Staff was amazing and tentative, they even helped us with laugagge. Host/reception took care of us daily. Brekfast choice was superb.
Outside shower by the pool would be nice to have. In some parts of faccommodation was dust. WC with bidet could be convenient since you cannot flush toilet paper.
We stayed in Armenaki Room for one night. It was such a beautiful place. It has 2 rooms and 2 bathrooms. • Massive pool and Turkish Hammam (steam room) • BEAUTIFUL ROOM— the mattress was so comfortable… the pillows! • misinformation- it says on the website that they served dinner, but they only serve Brekky & no other meal. You can’t stay the whole day/night in your room (which we were planning to do) cause there is no room service. • we stayed only one night and we felt REALLY RUSHED to check out. Wow! What an amazing property. The staff is fantastic. Always ready to help make sure our stay was perfect. Kudos to the guys carrying luggage to our cliff nest, not an easy task. That being said the property is quaint, quiet and amazing views. We loved strolling around town at night.
Our stay at the hotel was delightful; the rooms were well-appointed, especially the one with the stunning pool view. The complimentary shuttle and attentive luggage service made our arrival smooth. The staff's exceptional service and the hotel's beautiful surroundings enhanced our experience. Plus, the breakfast was a delightful spread, making our stay truly memorable. Highly recommended!

View of the caldera. The dipping pool. Very clean & comfortable place. Courteous staff. Breakfast selections.
Since the hotel is on the cliffside, the pathway can be steep at times, so many steps, going up and down. Not good for people with foot & knee problems. But that’s Oia.
