Pros (+) Location, front desk people, room was clean and nice
Cons (-) Pool needs care, someone needs to remove towels, the bartender lady on the roof was not very helpful with recommendations and when I finally choose drink she said it is not available 🤦🏻‍♀️ there was construction on our floor was a bit noisy and dusted.

Pros (+) Staff were very friendly and the facilities were great.
Cons (-) On an occasion or two, my room was not cleaned, which I had raised and was rectified. I was travelling from London and there was not much information as to what to do in the area, maps / helpful tourist information like accessing public transport if necessary I was also not informed of having to pay a deposit on check in

Pros (+) The hotel is very clean and the staff are friendly and helpful. Nice decoration throughout. The beds are very comfortable.
Cons (-) They don’t provide bus shuttle service to the airport.

Pros (+) Way too loud. The bar plays music at night until about 11 pm that is impossible to not hear. You need ear plugs, but I wanted to watch tv and could not without turning the volume all the way up.
Cons (-) As soon as you go on the balcony, you quickly realize there’s is absolutely no privacy.

Pros (+) Nice staff and breakfast. Also the hotel was nice.
Cons (-) Before arriving, I made a point of requesting a quiet room; however, our room 503 overlooked the outdoor bar area that played loud music every night. I told the exit receptionist, and he assured me he would credit me 20% off my bill, which did not happen, and I also did not receive my deposit of $450.00 for incidentals back. BEWARE not a TRUST WORTHY Establishment!
