Pros (+) Great location, new hotel with great atmosphere. Comfortable beds and nice bathroom.
Cons (-) Afternoon staff was really good and solved some issues with my booking, but the morning staff said they solved but didn't.

Pros (+) Great location! The room is small but very comfy. The staffs are very welcoming and friendly.
Cons (-) Could have more staff working at the front desk. When I stayed, there had only been 1 staff working at a time. Food from the restaurant was just alright, on the salty side.

Pros (+) Very clean, modern and central hotel, so could walk to most attractions and museums.
Cons (-) Urban tax, occupancy fee and a 75 dollar per night security charge not included in the initial price, so cost more on arrival than expected. No plain food options on the menu so did not eat in the hotel
